  • Prices do not include HST.

  • Maximum capacity 150 people

  • We require that your event has a certified wedding day-of coordinator available for the setup of your wedding.

  • All catering arrangements, decorating, and event insurance is the responsibility of the bride and groom.

  • Your caterer must come from our preferred vendors list.

  • If alcohol is to be served, you must obtain a Special Occasion Permit, Party Alcohol Liability Insurance, and provide insured Smart Serve certified bartenders. Failure to provide Smart Serve bartenders will result in loss of damage deposit.

  • To confirm your date, a 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required.

  • Heating and cooling of the barn is responsibility of the bride and groom. We strongly recommend hiring a heating professional for late September and October weddings.

  • The barn is not open from November to April.
